Last updated 30 Sep 2026

These terms govern your use of RightSchedule, provided by [Company legal name] ("RightSchedule", "we").

1. Who may use the service

RightSchedule is a business-to-business service. You must be at least 18 years old and use it on behalf of a business or as a professional. It is not intended for consumers or for minors.

2. Your account

Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account. You confirm that you accepted these terms; we record the date and version of your acceptance.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, spam or to harass others.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or bypass the security of the service.
  • Do not enter health data or other special categories of personal data (Art. 9 GDPR), such as medical conditions, diagnoses or treatments, in free-text fields (for example booking notes). The service is not designed to protect that data.

4. Your customers' data

You are the controller of your customers' personal data and we are your processor under the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms. You are responsible for having a lawful basis, for informing your customers (each booking page links to a privacy notice you may use) and for answering their requests. Our tools let you export and erase a customer's data.

5. Emails

The service sends transactional emails such as booking confirmations and reminders. You must not use it to send marketing messages without the recipient's prior consent.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update the service and these terms; we will notify you of material changes.

7. Liability

[Liability cap, exclusions and warranty disclaimer to be defined by counsel.]

8. Termination and your data

You can export your data and delete your account at any time in Settings > Privacy. On deletion we permanently erase your business data, subject to legal retention duties and backup rotation described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

9. Governing law and complaints

Portuguese law applies. [Competent courts and any consumer-complaints information, including the Livro de Reclamações requirements, to be confirmed by counsel.]
